It allows you to explore your needs\, desires\, impulses\, and boundaries within safe and guided play-rounds. The essence of Primal Play lies in authentic encounters\, embracing a spectrum of experiences such as eye-gazing\, cuddling\, wrestling\, dancing\, and shared laughter or tears. It is a beautiful and low-key opportunity to connect with your aliveness and become part of a unique community of embodied deep-feelers.  \n🌈 Queer FLINTA* Edition\nThis Queer FLINTA* edition is a space specifically created for those who identify as queer women\, lesbians\, intersex\, non-binary\, trans\, or agender\, providing a uniquely safe container where we honour and celebrate the shared experiences\, strengths\, and diversity within our community. Here\, we cultivate a grounded environment where you can explore self-connection\, body awareness\, and authentic interaction with others who navigate similar social dynamics and challenges. Primal Play in this edition aims to offer an experience that holds space for the nuanced needs of FLINTA participants\, facilitating an empowering exploration of your body’s wisdom\, boundaries\, and natural impulses in a supportive\, affirming circle. \n✨ What makes this special: \n\nMeet an affirming community of queer FLINTA* (women\, lesbians\, intersex\, non-binary\, trans\, and agender)\nExplore your boundaries\, impulses\, and desires through guided practices\nExperience authentic connection in a container built on consent\, trust\, and celebration of diversity\n\nWhat to Expect:\nDuring this workshop we will engage in practices to regulate the nervous system and foster group atunement. We will focus on creating safety within in order to gently move into encounters with others. Everything during this workshop is an invitation and you are encouraged to move only as fast as your slowest part. Consent and respecting boundaries (with yourself and with others) is actively encouraged throughout the event. \n⭐ Sharing circle\n⭐ Embodiment practices\n⭐ Basic nervous system and trauma education\n⭐ Several rounds of guided Primal Play interactions\n⭐ Co-regulation practices \n👉🏻 IMPORTANT TO KNOW\n– no previous experience needed– everything is an invitation\, and you are always encouraged to feel for what is right for you in the moment\, and whether you want to participate and with whom\n– all practices can be adjusted to your personal level of energy and physical mobility– Primal Play uses touch for connection\, not sexual gratification. Clothes stay on\, and there’s no exchange of bodily fluids. The focus is on safe\, consensual interactions that explore boundaries and build trust.\n– the space is open for singles and those in all forms of relating – always practice making clear agreements with your partners\n– this is a feminist\, anti-racist\, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive space \n👉🏻 IMPORTANT PRACTICAL DETAILS\n– please make sure you come sober (sensitive nervous systems will be affected by your altered state as we drop in together)\n– wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement + makes you feel cozy/sensual/relaxed\n– do NOT wear perfume and be mindful of intense synthetic smells (lotions/hair products). Since 2016\, she has been holding space for both personal and collective transformation\, creating nurturing environments for authentic (self-)connection and embodied fulfillment. Grounded in feminist and anti-racist values\, Paulina is committed to fostering inclusive\, accessible spaces for healing and growth. Her approach weaves together somatic practices\, the alchemical power of music and voice\, and a heartfelt acceptance of the complexities of being human. With a down-to-earth yet deeply intuitive and energetically attuned presence\, she invites others into intimacy with life. Originally from Poland\, Paulina currently lives with her son in the Dutch countryside near Groningen. IG @pafibo \nSari Gomis is an experienced coach with an extensive background in personal development work such as Heart iQ Circle & communication\, TAO & temple training and energy work from Bridgeman Academy. During events she will provide practical\, energetic and emotional support.
