Spring Fever – Polyam FLINTA meetup

Looking to meet fellow polyam women and queers? Look no further!

On Saturday, april 6th we are meeting up at the lovely Teatro (Utrecht) from 13:00-17:00 to chat, have a drink and strengthen our FLINTA bonds.

This first FLINTA meeting will be an informal buy-your-own-drink kind of concept. Hosts will be there to welcome you and provide with some icebreakers. The event is free. You can bring your own snacks to Teatro. A small donation to the organisation would be welcome to help us cover bills.

A small note on FLINTA:
FLINTA (female, lesbian, intersex, nonbinary, trans, agender) is an inclusive safe space concept that originated in 1970s Germany from women’s spaces. Nowadays it includes the trans, intersex, and agender community, connecting everyone who may be at a larger risk of gender based oppression. In polyamory, we find plenty of (feminist) reasons to foster  womxn-supporting-womxn bonds apart from the obvious lesbian connections. Therefore this meeting is open to everyone on the “feminine” side of things, regardless of biology or sexual orientation.
